Sara Tousignant is an outstanding student who maintains excellent grades despite her eye condition—legal blindness due to a retinal disorder.

Taylor Walker is on the Riverdale baseball team and co-president of FCA. He serves as an aide in the front office and is a member of Mu Alpha Theta and National Honor Society
He is also active in his church youth group.

Dallas Faro is vice-president of RAP. He is an outstanding student who shows leadership in the classroom.

Mary Beth Canterbury is a member of Mu Alpha Theta, the National Honor Society, and the Riverdale softball team.
She is also president of Beta Club.
Mary Beth has been very helpful to Mrs. Lewis and helped to teach her Algebra II class on Wednesday. Mrs. Lewis says, “She is a special young lady with many special gifts, and she represents the true spirit of Riverdale.”
Brennan Alexander is on the offensive line of the Riverdale football team. He is also on the wrestling team, DECA, the yearbook staff, RAP, and Mu Alpha Theta.
A true Renaissance man, Brennan alternates his time between crushing defensive lineman, reading, and playing the guitar.
Defying all stereotypes, Brennan will take his exploits to ETSU next year and begin his journey to become a doctor.
Tiffany Onwu is the recipient of the prestigious DAR Award. She is also a member of the volleyball team and track and field team.
Tiffany is always smiling and is friendly to everyone. She is involved in Big Brother, Big Sister, DECA, and the Spanish Club.
Next year, she plans to attend either UTK or the Unversity of Kentucky. She will major in political science and later become a lawyer.
Seth Guiler is a member of the Riverdale soccer team and eight-year member of the Murfreesboro Strikers. He is also involved in DECA and the German Club.

Caleb Willis is senior editor of the yearbook. He also is a member of National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, FADE, and National English Honor Society.
He recently gained notoriety for his provocative portrayal of the lead role in The Picture of Dorian Gray. The mini-movie has garnered rave reviews from critics and fans alike.
Next year, he plans to attend Maryville College, major in biology, and then possibly go to medical school.
Ashton Turney has initiated a campaign to encourage classmates to write letters to men and women in the military. Her goal is to express appreciation to them during the holidays.
She also is a member of the Key Club and Choir. She enjoys playing the guitar and editing videos.

Mitchell Rust is vice-president of FFA and a member of Mu Alpha Theta and the swimming team.
After school he enjoys reading, swimming, and spending time with his friends.
He hopes to attend UT Knoville next year and continue his swimming career.
Amy Watson is a member of the Murfreesboro Youth Orchestra, the Belle Aire Orchestra, and the Nashville Praise Symphony.

Next year, Amy hopes to attend the University of Colorado and study Environmental Studies.Zak Walker is a member of the rugby team. He enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his girlfriend, Katie Coop (the “Coopometer”).

Kayla McCrary is a member of FBLA, Student Council, DECA, and RAP. She is also CEO of Virtual Enterprise.
She is an avid reader and writer. This week, she was announced as Riverdale’s winner for the MTSU Summer Reading Essay Contest.
She will have lunch with the president of MTSU and the author of the best-selling book, Listening Is an Act of Love.
